ANCHOR HEALTH ANNOUNCES THE ADDITION OF TWO NEW BOARD MEMBERS

Connecticut’s leading health center adds Stephen Chukumba and Alison Cole to the Anchor Health Board of Directors.

Anchor Health is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Chukumba and Alison Cole to our Board of Directors. Both will play vital roles in advancing our mission.

Stephen is an activist, advocate, and ally as the father of Hobbes Chukumba, one of the four youth organizers of the first-ever trans prom in Washington, D.C. This historic event brought together 200 trans youth and adults from 17 states. Stephen brings over 20 years of experience as a technologist, entrepreneur, and former attorney to Anchor Health. He looks forward to continuing to support and raise awareness of the issues impacting LGBTQ people.

Alison is the senior associate dean for external affairs and special projects at the Yale College Dean’s Office, the administrative center of Yale College. In this capacity, she works with the Dean of Yale College to ensure that his vision for supporting Yale students is properly marketed, communicated, and funded. As an expert fundraiser, Allison is excited to leverage her insights and experiences to further Anchor Health’s mission.
