The Hamden office is located directly off of the Merritt Parkway (Route 15).

Myano Lane is a one-way street. Park in the third lot on the left (it was recently paved) – it’s free. Enter through the private entrance with the Anchor Health sign on the side of the building. We’re on the first floor. Please ring the doorbell upon arrival.
