Our small clinic has limited resources, and our mission is to provide our patients with the highest level of care possible.
At this time, we are accepting a limited number of new patients on a case-by-case basis and have a significant waiting list. We are expediting appointments for new patients with the following time-sensitive circumstances:
- Trans and gender diverse (TGD) youth and their families seeking puberty blockers for gender affirmation
- TGD individuals of all ages coming to Connecticut from a state that has criminalized gender-affirming care (see U.S. News & World Report’s list of states)
- Individuals at risk of acquiring HIV and seeking prevention (e.g., PrEP)
- Individuals living with HIV and seeking treatment
