Adam Cohen is Anchor Health’s Director of Development. He works to secure resources so we can continue growing and supporting our patients. Adam joined the team in 2023 and brings over a decade of experience in donor relations, community organizing, and strategic planning.
Originally hailing from southern New Jersey, Adam graduated magna cum laude from Rutgers University in 2015 and holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology and political science. He’s a passionate social justice advocate who has dedicated his career to advancing the rights of underserved and marginalized communities. As a gay man, Adam has a personal understanding of the challenges faced by the LGBTQ community and is committed to improving access to affirming and competent care.
Adam lives in New Haven with his partner and their Shiba Inu, Max. When he’s not working, you can find him playing board games with friends, trying out new recipes, or planning his next trip.
