Submissions are currently open for Volume 3 of our Pride Zine.
We’re seeking written pieces (such as articles, educational guides and other resources, creative writing, poetry), visual art (such as drawings, paintings, photography, comic strips, collages), and more based on the theme.
About the theme
The theme, “Soft Queer Summer,” embraces radical vulnerability, honesty, and tenderness in our collective liberation. In a world that demands toughness from queer people, Soft Queer Summer invites us to deepen our understanding of ourselves and each other. Vulnerability is not a weakness but a courageous act that fosters resilience. It encourages us to speak our truths without fear or reservation and embrace others with empathy and compassion. Our softness creates a space of connection and community.
Soft Queer Summer is an act of imagining queer futures. It’s envisioning our wildest hopes and dreams. It’s a safe and just future where we don’t just survive but thrive.
