Join Anchor Health and New Haven Pride Center for a review of how to get your name changed and correct your name/gender marker on identifying documents, including your driver’s license, birth certificate, and more. After a quick overview, there will be time for you to ask questions, notarize documents, and connect with support services.

This event is free and open to all trans and gender nonconforming Connecticut residents. If you’re under 18 years old, please bring a parent or guardian to notarize documents.
