NAME & GENDER MARKER CLINIC

Join Anchor Health and New Haven Pride Center for a review of how to change your name and correct your name/gender marker on identifying documents, including your driver’s license, birth certificate, and more. After a quick overview, you’ll have time to ask questions, notarize documents, and connect with support services.

This event is free and open to all trans and gender diverse folks. If you’re under 18, please bring a parent or guardian to notarize documents.
