Ian Stuart Meyers joined Anchor Health’s Board of Directors in 2023. Ian is a vice president at PIMCO, one of the world’s largest fixed-income investment managers. In his role, he’s responsible for leading PIMCO’s relationships with some of the largest wealth management platforms around the country. Ian is also a steering committee member of PIMCO’s Global PRIDE ERG (employee resource group), which focuses on fostering an inclusive environment for LGBTQ employees to bring their authentic selves to work.

Ian grew up in Mystic, where he still spends summers, and he permanently resides in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan today. He has 6 years of investment and financial services experience and holds an undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Connecticut.

Ian is passionate about women’s rights, youth mentoring, and supporting survivors of domestic violence. He participates in various charitable organizations in Southeastern Connecticut and New York City. Ian strives to use his experience as a gay man working in financial services to continue Anchor Health’s dedication to providing compassionate and comprehensive services to LGBTQ people.
